Yves Fourcade is the Marks & Spencer wine buyer for Australia, New Zealand, Rhone and Languedoc in France, Spain, Portugal, Central and Eastern Europe. During his 27 years working for Marks & Spencer, he has worked in France and then in Spain developing the Food business and opening new stores. Since 1996, he has been based in the UK, first as a Cheese and Dairy buyer and since 2000 as a wine buyer. Yves also has a Masters of Food Engineering from the University of Montpellier in France.
