Referred to as New York's "Queen of Sherry", Carla Rzeszewski is a sherry aficionado looking to revolutionise the modern interpretation of this delicious fortified wine.

Carla has spent over a decade working her way up through a roster of hospitality positions, zig-zagging from Hawaii to California to New York. Since 2009, she has risided as April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman’s Wine Director for their restaurants, including The Spotted Pig, The Breslin and The John Dory Oyster Bar. Combining her passion for wine and particularly sherry, she develops wine programs that aims to inspire guests to try something new.
