Pip Whitting, Ivy Sommelier

After 10 passionate years working in the kitchens of Luke Mangan, George Francisco and Eric Ripert, Pip Whitting was enticed by a new found love for wine. Lured by the history and complexity of this noble fruit, Pip completed the WSET Diploma whilst working for Firefly Wine & Tapas Bars as Group Wine Buyer. In Pip’s role as Ivy Sommelier she is excited by the Natural Wine Movement.
