Matt Swieboda, Owner and Sommelier at Love, Tilly Devine

Matt Swieboda is the owner and sommelier of a little back lane wine bar named Love, Tilly Devine, where he presides over an eccentric and ever changing list of 300 bottles from the far reaches of the known wine world and beyond. It was this year awarded Best Wine Bar Wine List at the Winelist of the Year Awards. Previously he was a sommelier at such venues as Quay, Est. and Pier. He is also known to be a fan of Riesling.
