Grant Dickson, Owner and Sommelier of Fermentasian

Grant Dickson is the man responsible for the sensational wine list at fermentAsian in the Barossa, a new fusion restaurant serving modern Southeast Asian cuisine. He owns the restaurant with his partner Tuoi Do, who is also the Head Chef. Unique to the food scene in the region, fermentAsian is has won numerous national awards including Gourmet Traveller Wine awards in 2011 and 2012. Grant’s wine list offers an interesting selection of imports and Australian wines, and has a focus on local boutique Barossa wines.
Grant has a long standing history with wine, working with Barossa’s iconic Rockford Wines for over 14 years. He currently holds the position of National Wholesale Manager, in addition to his restaurant responsibilities.
