Martin Jones, Vice President Food and Beverage of Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels and Resorts
Martin ensures a high standard of quality and culinary innovation across the region
With over 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, Martin Jones has been with Starwood since 1999, where he started as Director of Operations, Food and Beverage with Westin Stamford & Westin Plaza Hotels in Singapore. Since taking the role of Vice President of Food and Beverages, Martin has been responsible for all facets of food and beverage services for the Asia Pacific Division of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, ensuring a high standard of quality and culinary innovation across the region. Previous to this, he was the Managing Director of Food and Beverages for the region and inspired the creative menus for each distinctive brand of Starwood Hotels including: St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W, Westin, Le Méridien and Sheraton.
Martin is also Chairman of Starwood Asia Pacific’s Food and Beverage Council and was the recipient of the Starwood Business Excellence Award for ‘Most Creative Innovator’.
