A diverse amalgam of Australian winemakers shared their old/interesting/large format wines at one of the true wine industry hang outs of Adelaide. T-Chow has been the place of many an industry ‘strategy’ session over twenty years and this evening was about sharing some top Australia wine and Cantonese inspired food in a casual atmosphere with a few wine games thrown in for good measure.
