The tasting was presented as two brackets; the first bracket celebrated the pioneers, who ventured into the little known territory of growing and making the illusive Pinot Noir in Australia. The second bracket then reviewed the next wave of Pinot Noir makers who have learnt and evolved from the pioneers and are pursuing their own directions.
