The Logan Rosé, named after Peter’s wife Hannah, quite rightly demands strong measures of attention and love in its making.
The pale colour, texture and savoury elements found in the Logan Hannah Rosé are a pointer to French and Spanish styles; however it is important that the wine always has Australian style primary fruit characters as well.
In this wine we have blended the fruity notes from Shiraz grapes, with the fresh acid structure of Pinot Noir specially picked at early ripeness to build a rosé that is crisp and aromatic, spicy yet fruit driven. The final addition of Cabernet Franc adds an extra level of complexity and texture. This wine is all spicy cherry and rhubarb aromas with flavours of cranberry and summer pudding.
RRP (AUD): $22
