Pale straw yellow with a slight green hue, this pure but complex infusion of intense grapefruit and lemon pith bouquet is beautifully complemented by struck match and mineral characters on the palate. Creamy, with complex cashew and malty nuances, this exceptionally structures wine is aided by juicy sweet, charry and spicy characters imparted by the subtle oak influence.
