Our high quality vineyards including more than 100 years old Shiraz vine in prestige Barossa Valley and Mclaren Vale supply us with precious juice to make outstanding premium wine. After strict selection, the fruits gradually mature, benefiting from traditional crushing and modern mechanical facilities, Auswan Creek gets the first juice, after fermentation, maturing in oak barrels for 14—22 months.
